This was our 6th visit to Secrets Los Cabos and just like the previous 5 trips, as well as other trips to other AM resorts, we truly enjoyed our stay. Checking in and out process was a breeze with no issues. Our bartenders/ server checked on us frequently to make sure we stayed well hydrated. He made sure we were set up and ready for the day (highly recommend). Room service crews worked tirelessly to ensure we had everything we needed (24/7 service available) We rented a cabana for 5 days and Antonio was always there welcoming us. Views from our room and around the resort were breathtaking (able to see whales from balcony/resort areas) Rooms were clean with fully stocked fridge. Food was great which included different ethnicities. Transportation to and from were included for a small fee. We learned so much and enjoyed our tour as a group. We enjoyed an evening in downtown San Jose del Cabo which was put on by the activities group. They truly care foe their guest and make sure you have a great time. If you're looking for one amazing experience I HIGHLY recommend Secrets! This was my first time visiting and it won't be my last! Activities crew were TOP NOTCH particularly by LorEnna and Ivan! Fernando, Lucas, Sexy Charlie and bartender Arik 'whoop whoop' were also incredible. The entertainment at the main pool and at night was great. Casino night was quite the event and the activity staff put a ton of effort into it. Ivan, Lucas, and Dave were also amazing in mixing with the guests and encouraging all of us to get out there and have a blast. We did Sip and Paint with a talented artist and made sushi with Himitsu’s Chef! Big shoutout to Taisha, Lorena, Alicia for all they did. The Activity staff was tireless and seemed to be everywhere ensuring that everyone was entertained and having fun. Juan Carlos, Carlos, and Nestor(?) all did a fabulous job. The bartenders and food service people in the Preferred Club were so impressive. Luis, Ireri were always available, patient and accommodating with all our requests. The preferred club staff is outstanding, Yovecani. Everyone is friendly and always ready to help if you need anything or have questions. The staff throughout the resort is incredible. We especially enjoyed the Portofino with Jose as our waiter. Great variety of items at the evening restaurants. The Market Café always has a great spread of delicious food. An easy shuttle ride from the airport and the fun begins! The options for eating are many and all the food was excellent. My sister and I spent the week of Jan 21-28 at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos and it was a wonderful vacation.
